I havent had to use this service yet but I feel a sense of relief knowing i have protection

I always add the protection plan whenever I buy anything electronic, saved me lots of money knowing they will fix anything that needs it without any hassle.

I think it be a good protection for your computer in case you drop it or spills are button missing

I haven't had to use this protection yet and I hope I never do. It is just good to have just in case.

I have never had to use this but historically the items usually go bad after the contract expires. Sometimes waste of $$$$$.

Purchased with New Samsung LapTop for 3 protection. Hope to never have to use, however, comfort should I need.

I received, the protection, along with a notebook for as a Christmas gift.

I signed up for the protection plan ($179) but shouldn’t have. When my covered laptop broke, I turned it into geek squad for repairs only for them to charge me an additional $49 to tell me they couldn’t fix it! They did give me a giftcard for the value of the laptop but between the planner and repair fee that cost me almost the same amount, so it was pretty much a wash. I am very disappointed and feel lied to about what the protection plan covers.

I you by chance happen to drop, run over with a car, spill a drink on, or the dog chews up you machine, you are covered. Best plan ever. It's like insurance.
