MY DISHWASHER BROKE...BOUGHT IT FROM BESTBUY ALONG WITH THIS EXTENDED WARRANTY....I ONLY HAD 10 DAYS LEFT ON MY 4YR PLAN...CALLED THEM UP...THEY HAD A REPAIRGUY OUT TO MY HOUSE WITHIN 2 DAYS...THEY UNISTALLED DISHWASHER,REPLACED THE PUMP ASSEMBLY,AND RE-INSTALLED IT FREE OF CHARGE...AWESOME

The employees are nice and friendly, most know what theyre doing.

Worth the money, they are always helpful when I have questions. Also, the accident forgiveness and all possible solutions they offer is worth the money. It is 100% a good idea to get protection on items because you never know when something is going to break or crap out. I literally break everything

I sent my device in twice to get repaired but both times they only did a partial job of fixing my computer. The first time I needed my computer back since I didn’t have time to send it back in again after waiting 6 weeks to get it back since I needed it for my work and studies but the problem was that after having the keyboard replaced the D key on the new keyboard popped out within less than a month but I was not going to send it back to get repaired for that long with the other issue since I urgently needed my computer in whatever shape or form it was in. The second time I sent it in to fix the keyboard issue along with the previous issue but when I received it back after 2 weeks they fixed only the keyboard issue even though I specifically mentioned that they forgot to do it the time before. I asked them to send it back in due to a partial repair despite needing my computer since I’d rather not have to come back a third time for the same issue they missed twice and have currently waited 20 days since the last update on the current status of my computer. Hopefully they’ll either successfully repair the issue or find some other way to resolve this ongoing incident.

I always feel protected knowing that I have a warranty with Geek Squad. Makes me feel better knowing I have skilled & very professional people ready to fix anything that may go wrong with my laptop. Helps give you a piece of mind just knowing that they are there to help. Highly recommend!

The primary benefit of having a one-year assurance plan for my laptop has been the peace of mind it provides. Knowing that I am covered against unexpected accidents, hardware failures, and other unforeseen issues has allowed me to use my laptop without constantly worrying about the potential costs of repairs.

Great product for anybody who spends money on expensive electronic devices, knowing they can mess up at any time. I would recommend 10/10, I understand it may be out of the budget for some but its worth it to protect your devices when your electronics fail or you make a mistake.

Always worth getting especially if you not tech savy they also come to your home. Helped a lot when mom used, I don’t like how scammer use geek squad to gain access to people computer and hold for ransom.

Thankfully this extra warranty was/is available for Chromebooks & laptops for children who are doing their schoolwork from home occasionally & won’t have to bring a school Chromebook home (too small, responsible for replacing if broken, etc). Accidental damage protection is a must for anything I order due to multiple children fighting over everything & ADHD senses ending up breaking too many things. Luckily this covers accidental damage & spills!

Great service. Pay for this peace of mind, you won't regret it if you live near a Best Buy. They were unable to help me in store but their shipping service received my laptop within a week and was able to resolve my issue within another week. ***Might be different if they had to wait for any parts.

I find this service to be a life saver everytime I get in a jam. Mostly use the online service to solve my problems. I have not found them unable to help me. The only problem is when I try to use the store now that we have Covid-19 issues. No it is not cheap but it keeps me from running to some store and leaving the computer to be picked up later. So I am keeping it in place unless I reduce myself to one new computer under warrenty and if I buy it at Best Buy at Christmas I get free Geek Squad service, or that is what it was two years ago.

My MSI laptop had a major problem with the fan. It was constantly overheating and the fan was unusually loud. Took it to Geek Squad and walked right out with a laptop working like it’s brand new!

I absolutely love this laptop! It works so much faster than my Dell and I will be going with HP from now on. I also like the touchscreen. Unfortunately, i just dropped water on it so Geeksquad to the rescue!

The agents were extrememly attentive and explained every concern of mine throughly. I would highly recommened putting coverage on your devices with geek squad!

Always invest in the Geek Squad Protection. Things do happen, periodically that are beyond our control. I bought this protection on a laptop that my teenage daughter uses... and it has paid for itself. The Geek Squad folks are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and do their best to help.

It's been worth price in the past for other purchases.
