We have not needed to use Geek Squad but it is nice having the comfort of knowing it is available

I made the best decision when I went into Best Buy to update and purchase my new devices. Each and every one of the Geek Squad that I spoke with and asked questions were knowledgeable, professional and patient. No matter how many times I asked a question for clarification they provided me with answers that I could understand along with numerous suggestions. I will never go anywhere else to purchase any technology! Keep up the tremendous work!!

For any expensive laptop, this is worth the money because it protects against anything almost.

The Geek Squad protection program is one of the best protection plans I have ever purchased. My computer was damaged, I brought it in my Chromebook and they assisted me with no issues. My computer ended up being lost when shipped back after repair. They made sure to help me get a replacement and showed a lot of empathy. I will always purchase a Geek Squad protection plan.

This is great service for any electronic you purchase. I recently purchased a tab that unfortunately was having problems and after a few months started glitching. It fell so the screen was a bit cracked at the corner and i went to geek squad. They credited me for the price of tab and plan i payed that i used to purchase another.

I've needed the GeekSquad protection plan twice for two high-value items. It was a lifesaver to have as I was refunded via a gift card and was able to replace both items. The process was smooth, quick and the technicians were incredibly helpful!

Buying this saved me soo much money. My kid has managed to not only completely break one laptop but damaged the second one I got her after I replaced the first one she broke. When they told me they couldn’t fix her laptop I received a very large amount (the original purchase price of the laptop) on a gift card so I could afford to purchase a new one. I will never buy anything ever again for her without buying this protection too. Total life saver!!

Great insurance against accidental breakage. I have been able to get a new computer for a much-reduced price when my computer had unrepairable damage. I was exceedingly please to have this protection. It costs a little more when purchasing the computer, but it proved to be a life-saver when the computer was damaged beyonf repair and I got a new computer almost free.

Love having protection just in case there are any damages that are beyond my control & also puts me at ease with possible repair costs!!

I always purchased the warranty for any laptop I purchase. I usually need to use it at least once. This time the touch screen on my computer stopped working and I was able to bring it to Geek Squad and they shipped it off and the screen was replaced free of charge. The downside is that I found it surprising that Geek Squad could not do a screen replacement in the store and would need to ship it off and I would havento wait 5-6 weeks (supposedly due to COVID) to get my laptop back.

1 year protection plan is great. If i would have any problems with my laptop bring it in and they'll fix it

Had a problem with my new laptop. I took the laptop in. The tech explained I had shut down during an update and it could not complete the operation causing the unit to not turn on properly. The update was running in the background, and I was unaware the update was running. had only had the laptop for a few hours when this happened. They scheduled a Tech Appointment immediately. the appointment only took a few minutes, was totally painless. And the Tech resolved my problem right there.

Funny how you wish you don't have to use this, and usually don't need it, but when you do? Suddenly it's a great value. Anyway. Glad I bought it, but I hope I don't need it.

I am so glad I chose this laptop. Not only because it is portable, its speed is incredible. I use it for school and I do a lot of downloads and heavy assignments.

Got it for the “just in case” Hope I never need it but I will be taken care of if I do need it.
