Haven’t had to use this yet but I’m glad I purchased this one year protection plan. Now I know my computer has protection for anything that could happen

I have two little kids who like to touch my computer. With it being touch screen, the two year protection plan seemed essential and it covers so much!

Haven't needed to use it yet but I love having the service just in case.

Geek Squad service means peace of mind concerning the maintenance of my computers. I will have my Macs serviced under this policy.

I can say I love your Geek squad warranty but only I had a incident when one of your techs came out to my location to fix my washer machine and broke it. He shook and bang it around and told him to stop it because he was going to break it and sure enough he did break it. I reported it and they replaced it with a new washer machine. It took a process to receive the new one but thank you geek squad for the replacement.

I would recommend this Protection plan to anybody, it comes in handy when an accident happen. 6 months after I bought my daughter's laptop she dropped it and broke the thing to pieces. I called the Geek Squad, they came through for me. Now I have a brand new laptop. My daughter won't get it anymore lol.

This is a great and powerful 2-1 laptop that is very to use as a tablet. The pen works perfectly and that size of the screen makes it easy to carry and handle as a tablet. I recommend the product, I liked it so much that I bought another one for my other kid.

Awful experience. Was told by an agent that I would get a price match. Agent disconnected after I paid full price prior to the refund. Contacted BB after, told again the price match would be done. Someone later emailed me from bb saying that they would not price match after all. Order was never shipped and yet to get a refund.

Small, but works great. My daughter loves it for her first gaming laptop. We got a gamig laptop because it fits the space we live it but it works great, and does everything she wants.

I need a warranty and never get an item without it. The only gripe I have is that if your device isn't able to fixed you don't get reimbursed for the payment plan, just the cost of the item.

This was definitely a no brainer to purchase this package. I definitely had no question on purchasing When I was told I could bring any of my electronics purchased or not purchased at Best Buy and it would be covered. Which also included phones. I highly recommend expired to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

It gives me comfort knowing that this protection is available.

I have not had to use it and I hope I never have too but last year I bought a Chromebook and didn't get the protection plan and then it brought as I am ended up with a very expensive paper weight

The geek squad is a godsend. It is convenient and helpful to know I can rely upon the in-store staff to keep my most valued electronics in tip-top shape. I buy the 3-year coverage for my goods so that I am always assured to not have to purchase a new computer is something happens.

Geek squad protection has saved me from expensive repairs and losses several times in the past. Be it Cracked screens, broken washing machine, laptop that quit working, the list goes on. I will always purchase geek squad protection for anything I purchase from best buy. The service is easy to use and well worth the money.

I have not had to use this service and hope I don't. However, I have peace of mind in knowing that if I spill coffee on my keyboard, I can take it to the Geek Squad to repair my device. "It's better to have a peace of mind and purchase the 2-year accidental Geek Squad Protection upfront than to pay out-of-pocket money to get a repair done.

I've tried different services, including Apple service. Geek Squad service beats all of them hands down. The tech person can usually work on your device remotely. You can have the service for more than one device. The service includes 1 year accident protection. It's a great bargain!
