My brother spilled juice on my laptop and geek squad did the best they could to fix it thanks to geek squad.If I didn’t have geek squad I would’ve had to buy a whole new laptop.

We buy all of our computers and electronics at Best Buy just for the Geek Squad protection. I highly recommend it. I work from home & primarily use a laptop. I can't count the number of times over the years that this warranty has saved me. + I have never had any kind of problem w/ having my damaged computer replaced or fixed with this warranty.

Geek squad is always helpful to have. They normally are very helpful with regards to changes that need to be made.

The squad was very prompt at helping me with my laptop repair issue. and the insurance was very prompted at replacing my laptop or posting the cost of my laptop back on my card. I just chose to replace my laptop. So I was able to leave the store the same day with the replacement. good job Geek Squad.

I absolutely love this laptop. My daughter ended up "stealing" it from me to play Roblox on it, so I started looking to get a replacement and am so bummed they don't have this or something similar to it anymore :(

I was going to get total protection but you have to renew every year at the same price as this 4 yr plan granted it doesnt have a couple of things the total has but to get 4 yr protection for roughly $200 vs total protection after 4 years $800

I always add protection to my devices. It’s a nice piece of mind

Haven’t used it so I’m not sure about it. I a cheapskate so the price is why I gave it 4 stars. Haha

Talk about protection and knowledge all wrapped up in one item. Pennies a day is worth a fortune when you have a problem and no knowledge of how to fix the problem. But, when you have the Geek Squad on your side and working for you, life is a breeze. Thanks for always being there when I need you.

my hard drive crashed on my laptop that I purchased from a different retailer. They were very helpful on getting me the information and helped pull all of my files and pictures off of it. So I was grateful that they were able to do that. It was more than I expected over $100, but over all worth it. Lesson learned- make sure you back up with external hard drive.

They have never let me down. When my computer's screen shattered they got it all taken care of and sent out the same day. I was then givin a bestbuy card with the same amount I paid for it,to get a new one. They also have never let me down when I needed my phone fixed. Highly recommend and will continue to use them.

Always recommend obtaining the full geek squad protection w total tech support... ya never know when you need it! Have and will myself! Note: I think I was asked to write this review in error as one of the 2 purchases of this was actually for an item rung up in error resulting in both the item and the geek squad total tech support being credited. I wrote the review snyways...

The protection plan is a must have. Never had any issues when needing something fixed.

When I told them I didn't need the membership because my company has IT and it's a company computer, they didn't seem to want to take no for an answer. They kept sending new people to talk to me about why the membership will save me money in the long run, so I agreed to it. I don't need it and wish I didn't agree to give them $200 for the membership. Then I just needed them to install the newest Windows update, they didn't tell me that would cost me another $100 and it took them 4 or so days to install a Windows update.

Don’t buy an expensive product without this service. It’s a must have to insure any high value item is covered. I’ve had to use this service in the past and the protection is awesome

The Greek Squad is ready to help and very friendly. They will do their best to make the customer happy and will replace the item if that is your request. On items like computers, laptops, and gaming headphones (especially when buying as a gift), the protection gives you piece of mind. Well worth the investment!
