Geek Squad Protection is the best. If you have a damaged product they either send it for repair or they let you exchange the product. Definitely a great investment in case something is damaged. Only thing I say is that you have to buy another protection plan if you go to geek squad once.

Good to know I have this extended warranty. I couldn't get the extended warranty offered by Asus on the laptop I bought from Bestbuy. Asus excludes laptops sold by Bestbuy from it's extended warranty program; which can be the same length and approximately $200 less.

The Geek Squad has a team of extremely knowledgeable staff who are also good with normal people who do not know all of the "tech language" of today. They talk with you to determine/assess your needs/problem and are then able to fix it! Also extremely "people friendly" in the process! A good experience overall!

Insurance can be costly especially in these trying times. My computer is working great, I like all of what geek squad offers. I just hope that it pays off in the future. Thank God I haven’t had to utilize this insurance so far.

Makes replacing amd coverage easier if something happens

Worth it for major repairs but if you need something minor that would be covered it's a bit inconvenient. You have to schedule appointments weeks out to even see them for something minor then they need to hold onto your device because there's no way to pre-coordinate the parts you need with the experts before you see them. The extended waits to schedule, then for them to order parts you could of figured out at the start together makes it easier for their employees but at the expensive of the customer. Example: Laptop I purchased needed a new W key and I wanted to make sure the store had the part when I showed up because I can put the thing on myself and it would of been covered by this plan but I ended up just ordering one myself online because it was two weeks to before I could see someone at a store and they refused to talk to me about parts or the issue prior to that meeting. Then at the store I would of had to wait for them to order the specific part after waiting two weeks to see them.

Always good to deal with geek squad, never had a problem not resolved!!

This plan is for the 3 year accidental protection. If you are most likely to have accidents with your device or if you have kids or pets that mess around a lot. I would recommend this. Other wise if you keep your things safe or don't use it don't often, I would say you won't need this plan.

I always go to Geek Squad whenever I have issues with anything. They are so friendly! Super knowledgeable employees and they walk you through the whole process!

This extended service is the best, even though you get 2 yrs with total tech. I recommend the 3 yrs . It help me get refunded n get another new computer

Computer was defective and the screen would not come on. The laptop was purchased 1 month prior. But the geek squad was able to get this sent out and repairs very quickly

Hands down the best thing to spend money on! When my Lenovo Yoga died after just 2 years, they replaced it. I bought an HP Envy instead. Worth the money!

Love this hp Chromebook. Holds a good charge and works great. Employee was very helpful and kind. Great value for this laptop. Highly recommend.

When BB was open they helped with my Dell lap top. However I have problems with chrome book and now have to wait til store reopens. Can’t get any one from store on phone for help AND can’t get geek squad person on phone for help. I’m not computer savy n need help taking parental control off chrome book

When they come out to the house they are so informative! I've trusted Geek squad for a lot of years now. It was unfortunate that I had to use Geek squad in Canada. Canadian Geek Squad are so nice and quick. I had to pay full price. The Canadians told me that most of their States customers get the US geek squad to cover the cost. Well I didn't get it covered and the US geek squad were rude.

Geek squad is a nice perk to have. Ive used them in the past. Its extra security for your electronics.

I exchanged my laptop, after one month, because it overheated in sleep mode. Geek Squad was great to get me another at the store that day. They’ve installed my stuff and been there on the phone for me. Love them. Recommend them

Geek squad is the best. Makes me comfortable when my son carries his laptop back-and-forth from his apartment to college. If anything ever happens, no matter what it is with the accidental damage plan. They take care of it. Takes the worry off of having to buy a new one during the plan coverage

Bought protection for a replacement computer after my son broke his first device. I knew accidental damage would like occur, and I'm so glad I have protection this time.
