Hey, what's a purchase at Best Buy with out getting Geek Squad service plan. You cant go wrong when purchasing the plan. Their there for you. Trust me you'll have questions and accidents do happen

My laptop fell off a table which broke the screen. I took it into the Geek Squad. They sent it out for repair . I got it back in 3 days! Fast turnaround

Bro!!! Geek Squad is awesomeness! My TV stopped working on episode 6 of a 16 episode k-drama lol and they came and fixed everything. Crisis averted.

I was leary to spend the extra money but it was so worth it!! Within 2 months of having my computer I accidentally dropped it and cracked the screen. My warranty allowed me to have my old computer replaced with a brand new computer with no additional charge!!

I can count on them to come fix anything I have a problem with.

These guys are good at what they do I appreciate them for the work they put in to making me a satisfied customer!!

This is a great program. Every time I have had a issue they were either able to fix it or give me my money back for another item!

If you buy something that is valuable you have to get protection so you wont have to worry about breaking it and having to buy a new one at the same price again. This is much needed if you know you will have regrets if your device accidentally breaks.

I bought this warranty just in case I need it and it looks like I need to have my microphone checked out so I'll be heading over this weekend.

I almost always buy the product protection even though I have the TPP from Geek Squad. You never know, especially with grandkids around when they might spill something or accidentally (hopefully never happens) they drop something on my laptop which is what is covered.

Make sure you ask questions because we were lied to by the salesperson. The manager did finally agree to replace the broken one but it took several phone calls and hours in the store to make it happen.

I always get the accidental warranty when it comes to something that is over 500 dollars. Best Buy has replaced many things I have spilled on and various tablets I have broken over the years.

It was very protective my laptop was protected very well. The laptop was protected.

Thank goodness for this protection plan. My Laptop just stop working and the Geek Squad got it working again and I didn't pay for any of the replacement parts. You never know when you are going to need the plan. So thankful I had it.

ALWAYS get the GEEK SQUAD Protection!!! And if you haven't had an interaction with the Geek Squad before I'm here to tell you that they're not really Geeky at all...They're just like you and I but much SMARTER w/ELECTRONICS than us....

I bought this for a kids computer………..a laptop computer, that is. It’s really really nice to know that if the thing breaks or stops working that the repair or replacement will be covered without any hassle. I’ve had good experiences with Best Buy in the past when it comes to this type of protection plan.

Geek squad is legit. They'll take care of your electronics. I brought in a laptop and got an upgrade. I would suggest alwaying backing up your data.
