Had questions about my newly purchased laptop and didn’t know how to install software. Asked geek squad to help and they did it step by step.

I always make sure I'm covered by the squad protection plan. They have taken care of all my electronic issues. All are very knowledgeable in what they are dealing with. Great customer service!

I purchased the 1 year Accidental Geek Squad Protection for my son's HP Pavilion Laptop. I suggest always purchase a protection plan for all of your electronics.

Within 30 days of purchase my college student spilled water in her backpack and fried the laptop. She took it to Best Buy and within one week Best Buy replaced the laptop with the identical product. A real lifesaver for my college freshman!

Feels good that your purchase has some warranty, gives you peace of mind

JUNK The laptop died just after one year of purchase. Geek Squad took my laptop for a month, then returned it, having "replaced the motherboard". The battery, which was fine when I gave it to them, will not hold a charge; they wiped the SSD (for a motherboard replacement?), and Best Buy online support blew me off, saying to contact the manufacturer.

I always purchase this protection especially with computers, TV or game consoles. The protection makes it so easy to replace your items when something goes wrong. In a household of 7 something is about to go wrong. It’s my lifesaver.

So far I haven't had to use the protection plan. So that actually goes to show that the product purchase so far is holding up to quality standards. We will see if an update is needed in the future. But as of now so far so good.
