The protection plan and Geek Squad access is a necessity for any high cost product. Geeks are honest and will let you know if an item can be repaired or should be replaced.

This service contract is worth the cost. I had a problem with another item purchase and it was handled without any problems. This is a great deal.

This is my first Geek Squad protection purchase, and it's more practical than purchasing similar plans through the manufacturers by far. My family has bought Geek Squad protection for their laptops for years and swear by it.

Extended warranty is well worth the purchase. Saved me the entire cost of a dropped computer. Good for piece of mind if you can afford the small additional amount.

So happy I purchased this protection with my laptop. The motherboard crashed by GeekSquad was able to fix for no additional cost….and quickly!

Haven't needed to use it yet. Only called in once to see about a price match on the laptop which they took care of right away. Only problem I've had is when you call in your on hold forever before you finally get to talk with someone.

Like an insurance policy...haven't needed to call but great customer service at my fingertips makes thing much less stressful!

I got protection for my most recent laptop. Hoping to never need to use it, but if I do Geek Squad is usually pretty solid. I would recommend getting at least the one year protection for anything over $250.
