It's always great to have extra insurance. I have not had to use it, but glad to know I have it. I have had great success with the Geek Squad and their customer service.

Having the protection gives me peace of mind. I have a 2 year old who wrecks havock on anything he can get his hands on. That's how he broke my wife laptop. The reason we ended up at best buy picking a new one and protection for my son.

This is my third renewal of Geek Squad service. When I go online or go directly to BestBuy store, they are great for getting things running again and also answering questions.

Extra protection is always a good thing to have. We purchase it quite often and have had to use it on occasion. Well worth it.

Usually do not purchase this stuff but felt with a little information from the staff it would be worth the investment.

Greatest value is the 3 yr plan. I bought phones in texas and best buy has good coverage with a 1 time replacement if they can't fix it
