Wanted a little extra security while working at home.

Computer would not power on, not even 1 month out of the box. Have the Extended Warranty, took it back to a "local" (not by my home) BB. They said they have to return it to ASUS, it should be 2-3 weeks. A MONTH later, get the computer back, no charger. Called ASUS. Literally told me, "someone will email you in 4 days". That is UNACCEPTABLE for a 3K laptop ALREADY in for warranty work. On the phone with BB, the FIRST rep tried to help, but she couldn't get the store on the line, AND they don't even sell a compatible charger. Transferred to 2nd rep, told me to do a 3 hour drive back to the store (me thinking: "Are you mad, lady"). Transferred to another rep, can't do anything to help. Transferred to a 4th rep, guy also can't compensate. I'll never buy another ASUS again, and to BB..., I was only buying from you for one and ONE reason alone (Reward Points), now that's not even worth it (after another SILLY issue with a Car Audio Install). You've lost a customer permanently. Just a bunch of BAD... All around..

I bought this on another laptop that was damaged beyond repair and it was replaced with no problems.

You can not ask for anything better in customer service. Excellent.

Replaced my laptop after over 30 days of "repair". Called after over a month of wondering where my laptop was and was told it was repaired. Around a week later I received a text message( not an Email) saying my item needed to be replaced and to set up a consultation. Turns out my laptop was Never repaired and I was lied to. Day I submitted Laptop(HP ENVY X360) for replacement 9-3-2020. Day I finally received a replacement 10-23-2020. Warranty does not carryover to a new laptop. I paid a nice price for the 3 year warranty and to hear I needed to repurchase when my laptop was replaced was terrible. Do not purchase Geek quad warranty. Go to a local computer shop or reach out to your brand warranty instead.

Always good to have a replacement plan just in case the worst happens!

I've never had to use it, but I live a lot easier knowing I have it. Bought for a student laptop. I sleep easier knowing the Geek Squad is on the job.

Very helpful. The agents clearly explain how my problem can be fixed!
