I think it is good but havent used it yet. I forgot I had this and had to pay another company to fix a virus. Wish I had gone through Geek Squad

Always a great idea to have protection on devices and geeksquad makes it easy if anything happens

geek squad can fix and replace electronics with no issue. They swapped my broken Nintendo switch before and I use them for all my electronics cause I have kids at home

The geek squad protection is the reason I buy ALL my electronics from Best Buy! Worry free I bought my older 2 grandkids laptops for Christmas but I don't have to worry even if they drop them they are protected!!

screen went blank, took it in for repair and they took care of it and fixed it like new. pleasant, helpful, friendly, great experience

These squats pretty good. But one time I sent my laptop in and an arrow key fell off. They put in the space bar correctly, but the backlights were broken by the end of it, and the arrow up key fell off.

I was glad i made the investment. 7 months i needed to replace my cord. i got it in about a week at no additional charge.

Always awesome service. They were ready for me at the slotted appt. time.

Anytime I buy anything from Best Buy I always get this protection you never know when you're going to have an accident and cracked the screen break it drop it and with this plan it's easy to get it replaced

Only needed it for the one year since my computer and printer stays in one place only, so didn't have to worry about anything happening.

The tech installed my appliances and they did a very good job.

Can't go wrong with insuring you purchases...Looking forward for life mishaps with insurance. Is nice and dandy..with no worries..
