I always buy the geek squad protection plan. It’s cheap and worth it because I had accidents and they full replace the unit if they can’t fix it.

Geek squad is a wonderful protection plan, anytime ive gad an issue with anything under this plan, they've fixed it.

not sure i have not had to use this protection but i bought for peace of mind because the computer was for a teenage boy.

You never know when needed. Electronic can fail, and if they do you get replacement of fixed. Good deal

WARNING!! I bought the computer for a family member who lives out of state and purchased the Geek Squad Protection for it for 3 years. Computer broke, and they went to take it in - only the original purchaser can take it in to get it repaired. I went through 6 phone calls, she went through an hour trip before we finally had to "switch" the ownership of the protection plan to her. The Best Buy customer service told us one thing, while Geek Squad told us something completely different. Before you buy - be aware of this pain of an issue

You never know what can happen with these electronics so it’s always good to get a squad protection not expensive at all really cool!
