The Greek Squad is ready to help and very friendly. They will do their best to make the customer happy and will replace the item if that is your request. On items like computers, laptops, and gaming headphones (especially when buying as a gift), the protection gives you piece of mind. Well worth the investment!

Always recommend obtaining the full geek squad protection w total tech support... ya never know when you need it! Have and will myself! Note: I think I was asked to write this review in error as one of the 2 purchases of this was actually for an item rung up in error resulting in both the item and the geek squad total tech support being credited. Granddaughter still in High school with crazy kids that like to have fun. Bought accidental protection just in case the chrome book was the target of fun.

Geek squad came to my house, delivered, mounted and hooked up the surround sound & cable & dvd player. After using it for a few days, we realized that the tv needed to be moved about 6 inches to the right. Geek Squad came out and did all the adjustments for us for free! Buy the service, you will be glad you did.

This is the best you can do for your buy. They respond quickly. If the can fix it the will. If not the will do a store credit if the item is not available.
