I've been in Information Technology for 20+ years. I know quite a few things but technology keeps advancing. I also know I have not seen in all of what can go wrong. Comforting to know I have someone I can go to on my new laptop when needed.

I can always depend on the Geek Squad to answer any questions I have about my devices. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and explain things so I can understand things. Being able to make appointments online is very convenient.

It only makes sense to cover our student’s new laptop with a warranty. We don’t anticipate any issues but can rest easy knowing if anything happens, we’ll be able to get it addressed.

Wouldn't buy a laptop from Best Buy with out one. I've more than saved the cost of these.

I had to use plan on refurbished item right away and it was a fairly process and worth the buy.

So far so good. Hopefully I won’t need it but I’m glad it’s there if need be.

Added protection, so i don't have to worry about issues with my laptop

The Geek Squad Accidental Protection even protects against dropping and fluid spills, which are my two greatest risks. It is well worth the extra protection at a minimal extra expense

Came in handy. I really didn't think that we would need the protection. During a move the computer was damaged. Thanks to the Geek squad.

If you are buying any type of computer definitely spend the extra money for geek squad protection plan. They are extremely knowledgeable and great customer service.

My daughter is away at college and we needed assurance that she would always be able to get her work done since everything is on a computer now.

Have not had to use the protection yet. It is a decent price and easy to set up.

I went to you're store and got a one year protection plan at the geek squad But the Reason why I did that I was having problems with my computer And needed a power cord So they told me it was going to be mail to me on September 2 and I haven't got it yet

I always purchase the protection on all my computer needs. The reason why I go with Best Buy is because of the service that’s available if there’s ever a problem

Within 30 days of purchase my college student spilled water in her backpack and fried the laptop. She took it to Best Buy and within one week Best Buy replaced the laptop with the identical product. A real lifesaver for my college freshman!

Its an amazing product. Works very well. I recommend buying plus put insurance you never know for the future.
