    Had to buy a new computer due to other one being sent in for repair. I'm glad I had the service on the computer so it didn't cost me any money for the repair.

    The Geek squad protection is great to have since it covers products in my home so I know that if I need help it is available quickly. I am glad I purchased the protection though I hope not to have to use it.

    The young men in Rosenburg and exceptionally competent and patient. Took computers in to migrate data from one to the other. They had it done that day.

    Always use the protection pricing plans offered. I truly have never had to use it but once. I have however needed it and forgot to purchase it and that sucked.
