I have purchased this with most of the products from Best Buy, and in one instance in particular it was very well worth it!!! I will always use it!

Wasted roughly 1 1/2 months of time shipping my laptop back and forth 3 times to their service center, only for them to manage to break it some way new every time, not the geeksquad workers fault domestically at the stores-but rather the people at the kentucky service center... Got my computer refunded but had to waste a whole lot of time and talk to a whole lot of people

I think it's good... i bought it for if I'll need it. I felt with geek squad in the past and it was a good experience.

Great plan, especially for parents with Kids and/or pets. Definitely worth if the product will be around them.

Geek Squad protection is a must. They provide excellent customer service on the phone and in the store.

I’ve never had to use Geek Squad but I wouldn’t purchase electronics without it. I trust Best Buy and having this protection makes me feel better.

Got a years worth of coverage for my laptop. I wish I would of gotten more than a years worth of coverage which is my fault not geek squad.
