This was a must since we will be carrying the laptop with us everywhere. Our last laptop broke at the hinge and that cracked the screen. I'm hoping that this coverage will keep us from having to buy a new computer if that happens again.

Bought this coverage for my last computer. Gave the computer to my son and forgot about the coverage. Brought it in for repair, still under coverage, so we paid $0 for repair. You bet I bought the coverage again for my new computer. Best $$$ spent.

Best computer ever had. Wife was able to start her crafting gig and she loved every minute of it..

Don't buy anything without added protection electronics break down all the time

My laptop was stolen and recovered. There was damage to it. The warranty is completely worth it. The fixed it quickly and they are always available and willing to help with issues that come up with my laptop

Haven't had to use it, yet. However, the peace of mind that comes with knowing that I'll be covered in the event of an accident, is great. Used Geek Squad in the past and they do not disappoint.

I love the Accidental Geek Squad Protection because if anything happens to my product it will be insured and Best Buy will honor it and replace the item.
