Had questions about my newly purchased laptop and didn’t know how to install software. Asked geek squad to help and they did it step by step.

Haven't had to use it for this product but it's a comfort to have it in case something goes wrong in the first couple years of ownership. Have used Geek Squad in the past and they've been very helpful.

Quick and easy, they answer your questions and you can continue on with your day. I spilled water on my laptop and brought it in without having to deal with to much paperwork or excuses.

This is a great to have when you buy a computer for your child. If anything happen you can always take it back to the store to see if it can be fix my someone from the Geek Squad.

I always buy the Best Buy warranty, their warranty is the best investment you can buy so you don’t spend unnecessary money in buying the same item if it breaks or no longer works.
