Repair my childs computer quick.but didnt know it was just for q repair.it was for a 11 year old so she missed it up again and wasnt able to get it fixed.

Even though I haven't had to chance to use this service its great to have for your device.

Anytime I purchase electronics, it's a given that I also purchase the extended warranty as well. You just never know when your item may break or get damaged and it's a great feeling knowing that you are protected if that time comes.

I have never went wrong with buying computers from Best Buy with the Geek Squad replacement.

Didn’t have to use because computer is still great but you never now when you a great coverage

Have not used this and hopefully will not have too but want to make sure if there are any issues i am covered. in the past it has come in handy and saved me.

Geek Squad at the store and at the factory were very responsive keep us informed of the inspection and work on our laptop. At the end, a decision was made to replace the laptop.

I bought this plan with a new laptop purchased for work. I have not filed any claim on the plan and hopefully never have to do that. Bit it’s a peace of mind knowing I’m covered.
