Given how my daughter treats her computer, we needed the geek squad protection for two years. Haven't needed it yet, but I am sure we will!

Helped me over the phone to get back in to my sons laptop

My son wasted a cup of chocolate milk on the key board and thank goodness for purchasing the warranty! They will clean and be good as new!

Read the fine print. If they decide, at their discretion, to replace the covered item, rather than repair it, they will issue you a store credit for the amount of the original purchase. However, the fine print states that in that case, their obligations for the extended waranty ar3 fully satisfied. Meaning, while you will get a store credit to buy a new device, your new device will not have the extended waranty. If you want that, you will need to pay for it again again. Basically in my case, i prepaid $309 to allow me to return my defective machine after the return period expired. I have a new machine, but i have no extended waranty, and less storage due to pricing and feature differences for in stock items. The terms stated in the simplified description are misleading and i do not recommend this service.

I liked that the screen was big and it was a touchscreen also so that was cool.

Every thing on this laptop is good The only thing is the battery after unplugging it will dead in 1 hour

I felt this 2 year protection was a good deal. I will use it as much as I can to keep my computer running at its best.

The computer itself is very easy to set up. Even though it is probably bigger than most laptops it is lightweight and easy to carry. It runs fairly fast and I have had no problems so far. I also like the different features that are available to use.

Purchasing the geek squad is a no brained. When you purchase electronics, you must have a protection plan for the just in case moment

The agent did great work and talk about other thins they do and gave helpful ideas if i ever had trouble.

Motherboard in my laptop died after four months. Dropped it off at my local BB, was shipped to repair center, and I had it back in my hands within a week.

Happy I purchased the extended warranty. Will be using it this week as we've had some unfortunate issues with our Xbox. Thankful I have the warranty.
