I love being able to take my device to Best Buy to have them fix it. Sure I could fix it myself but I don’t always have time. They will fix or replace the equipment quickly

I have never went wrong with buying computers from Best Buy with the Geek Squad replacement.

Anytime I purchase electronics, it's a given that I also purchase the extended warranty as well. You just never know when your item may break or get damaged and it's a great feeling knowing that you are protected if that time comes.

I recommend almost always getting the Geek Squad protection. They are so much easier to work with than the actual warranty through the company you are buying through.

Great. Came in handy a year later when my screen went black and had to bring in. Now today I get to swap it out because it was not able to be fixed

These are life savers. Truely. I had a computer right at the end of the warranty suffer a critical failure and they completely replaced it no quesitons asked.

Always recommend geek squad, i can not believe how many times i have reached out to them even foe the smallest of requests and they are always helpful.

This is great to have just in case something happens to your laptop locked up or whatever you purchased they're great with it

It was easy to take in the computer I dropped for repair. Getting the accidental insurance was worth it.

The service was outstanding! I haven't had any issues yet with my laptop but they were very helpful with listing all the things they would be able to fix/support if need be.

I wouldn't live without Geek Squad. I depend on them 24 hours 7 days a week. I know if something is wrong I don't panic because I know I have them.

Geek Squad at the store and at the factory were very responsive keep us informed of the inspection and work on our laptop. At the end, a decision was made to replace the laptop.

The agent looked the damage and knew what was wrong with the laptop.

I bought this plan with a new laptop purchased for work. I have not filed any claim on the plan and hopefully never have to do that. Bit it’s a peace of mind knowing I’m covered.

My computer is the most important tool so love the option con protecting my main tool.

Definitely worth putting the extra in for geek squad they’re very helpful. It’s nice to know you have the security needed if anything goes wrong. Saves you from stressing!

Purchased for the new Dell and exactly what I needed. Been a year and haven't needed it yet, but grateful for just in case.
