Good communication from the team, able to schedule appointment with no problems

Was asvised on the protection plan and was well informed of the service. My spouse will be using it for college and woth the kids running around never know what could happen. So appreciate the sales rep knowledge they shared with us when making the purchase.

Geek Squad is a great investment. I haven't needed to use them often, but the two times I did were good experiences.

I like geek squad protection. electronics are expensive and this is peace of mind. Plus I think all the techs I have encountered are very knowledgable. I like I can ask questions and they treat me with respect. I have asked for advice on my purchases and they have helped me. They came to y home at no charge and fixed my smart TV. The cost of the extended warranty threw geek squad is well worth the money.

Very glad that we got this with our purchase. It definitely came in handy when we needed it about three months after purchasing it and they were very efficient and helpful.

I have used geeksquads insurance on a few of my gaming laptops and more expensive purchases over the years. Some of those had defects or were damaged due to mistakes. Best Buy has ALWAYS either fixed the issue to my satisfaction or replaced the item with a new item. In the few rare cases when the item couldn't be replaced they gave me a gift card worth the original purchase price of my product so that I could buy a replacement of similar quality. All in all I have been very happy with their insurance.

I decided to spend a little more this time and I am glad I did! You can tell this laptop is just made better, my last few were more flimsey and just more creekey with noises when opening and closing the lid, etc. This one is solid and feels well made. I also love the specs! I can play any of my games at best settings and it handles with ease!

I have always liked having Geek Squad services. They've always been super helpful and I have never had an issue with them resolving an issue.

Haven’t needed it yet but it’s always a have it and don’t need it rather than a need it and not have it

So far so good.have had problems with my kid breaking screens but never a problem with geek squad repairs or service. They’ve always gone an extra step to make sure they’re accommodating my misfortunes understandably.
