Awesome I usually never buy because I'm usually careful with my stuff but it did come in handy when the screen broke

The BestBuy protection plan isn't what it used to be. I had a computer a long time ago that my kids broke beyond repair and I went to the store and they fulfilled the plan on the spot. This time, my computer was obviously broken beyond repair but I was told it had to be sent to the service center regardless and at my cost of $85. I don't know when this changed but that's ridiculous. It would be 3 weeks before I heard anything back. I had to buy another computer on the spot because I couldn't be without one for that long. In the end they junked the computer, but the experience was not at all pleasant.

The agents set up my computers for my business. My previous computer stopped working and they were able to set up my system. Great attention to detail. Great experience working with them. They also provided in office asssitance for any computer issues.

I have had a contract with the Geek squad for several years and it was a good way to take care of an old computer, so I have kept the plan with my new one.

So far I haven't needed to utilize the service but I'll go on previous experience in rating them

I made an appointment on line , went to the store and was seen on time and he helped me with my problem which was my fault not the computers.

I've purchased and used this plan for a laptop years ago. It got me a new harddrive that was replaced in 1 day at no cost to me. I also appreciate that the rep didn't make any attempts to render my claim invalid like most companies do.

Worth it for peace of mind on your more expensive items. I submitted a claim for a device nearly reaching its protection end date and Geek Squad took care of me quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

Would recommend... everything is expensive to fix. And yes things always go wrong. Used on my past laptop and if need be will use on this one

I originally bought this because someone I work with used to work for best buy and swore by it. Used it for a screen repair had it back after about a week. There was a problem with the operating system geek squad worked with me and got me into another computer. Highly recommended it covers everything.

I had one month left on my 2-year protection plan and my laptop screen started flashing. I immediately took it to Geek Squad and they sent it out for repairs. Everything came back as good as new so I’m so thankful I had the protection plan!!!

I always buy the Geek squad service with my electronics and I'm so glad I do. My laptop's battery clasp broke and they replaced it. The agents were wonderful. They helped set up the replacement. All this was done within an hour.
