I have a 3month old faulty ASUS laptop that would only display the logo on power up and this plan does not cover that. Geek squad claims its a software issue and requires $100 to diagnose the issue and potentially another $250 payment to fix whatever they find. Buy this plan at your own risk!

My family members each have laptops or tablets from Best Buy, and Geek Squad protection for all of them. Free or cheap services, appointments can be a little booked out tho
