I used to never add protection to my expensive purchases, but now with almost every purchase over a certain amount I add it. Including the geek squad protection. I used this so much. And saved huge

Got the three year insurance plan because of my travels and bringing my laptop i didn't want to worry about accidents so hopefully it will be easier having it with me.

Great to have thw knowledge that if something happens.that my laptop is covered.

Haven’t had to use yet but hope they are there when need them.

I guess it was ok I never had to used the service. But, it was there in case I needed it.

I got this for my laptop, it is a little pricey but worth it because you never know what could happen.

I have not had to use this yet. I have Geek Squad coverage and I’ve had to use it a few times. The service was great. This accidental protection plan will cover anything that physically happens to my laptop

Before purchasing I asked a bunch of my friends and they all told me it was worth it. I purchased it and I'm glad I did. I already came in once to get help with my initial setup for my new laptop.

I wouldn't buy any electronic without having the piece of mind of a service protection. Best Buy flat out gets it right with the service plan they offer. It is no hassle and requires no drama. Have a problem, then just bring it back and get it replaced case closed.

I purchased the 3-year protection plan for my new ASUS laptop for peace of mind. If I have any issues, the repair is free and if it cannot be repaired, I'll get a brand new laptop. I believe that protections plans are very necessary for all electronics.

I’ve gotten his protection on several computers in the past and it’s always been well worth the money over a period of time you’re going to have an issue and it’s nice to have it already covered by Best Buy.

I had to use protection plan and I was pleasantly surprised how quick the team worked to either get me a replacement or credit me so I could pick out a replacement. It was a quick swap out for a new one/replacement.

bought some peace of mind for our laptop computer. don't have to worry about someone spilling coffee on it because we can easily get it repaired.

I have a Microsoft Surface Book and it has been nothing but issues. Thank goodness for these guys who have worked on it an average of once a month. It is finally being replaced next week so I hope I won't have to visit Geek Squad too much more but j am glad they are there.
