Fixed my lab top I will always buy the protection plans for now On...Best Buy really follows thru and it’s really worth it to protect your protect.

I have dealt with the Geek Squad so many times and they always get it right! If they don't n ow the answer they find it out and don't waste your time! They're efficient and very friendly and knowledgeable!!

I only had to use the insurance once. When i used it, the service was user friendly and quick. From now on i get insurance on all my electronics.

I have looked and looked to see what I have included with this but it doesn't show in y purchases even though I did and the site says so when I view it on the page to buy it. This is technically a subscription so it should be in that section to be able to find and use easily when needed not have to jump through hoops to locate I did give 3 stars for past experience being good. If I could just upgrade this subscription somehow without having to pay for a whole new one which starts the date of purchase meaning I will end up paying twice for this section of the service I want. But if something does break or even a drink spilled on it it really is covered so great for that.

We bought one earlier and did not get Geek Squad protection. My daughter broke it and now I have a paper weight. Always get Geek Squad

My geek squad protection plan is Awsome to have. I haven’t had to use it as yet but just knowing that I Hav a 3 year warranty is just consoling. Especially knowing if something is to happen I can call on them. What a piece of mind this is. Well worth my money

My daughter has been using her brothers oculas but now she has her own. She is enjoying this VR Product like crazy.

Purchased this since the reason I needed a new laptop was due to accidental damage to my last laptop so it just feels good having this. Luckily haven't needed it just had a few questions and they were helpful.

I added the 1 year protection for my sons new laptop. It covers everything so that is exactly what we needed for coverage. Hope we don't have to use it but its nice to know there is coverage on it.

I buy protection plans for all of the products I buy from best buy. I have saved a lot of money on broken devices by utilizing the protection plans. I love how I can bring it back even if the damage/issue was my fault.

We felt this was important to have because you never know what could happen. Glad to have the peace of mind.
