I normally have to think twice about protection plans.....but for items like a laptop....it is almost a no brainer.....one accident is all it takes for you to really wish you got that protection plan.

There is not a cover to protect my new Samsung Chromebook Plus, and I dropped my Asus Chromebook within the first month. This service is a must because you will be disappointed if you don't get it. They did a great job with my S7 Edge screen replacement last week too.

I purchased this protection and used it once already for a faulty locking mechanism on my laptop. It was probably covered under the normal warranty but this way there were no questions asked.

It works great! The only issue is the keyboard has to keep being configured to light up. It stops after a while

I love the accident protection, yeah its way more expensive than what amazon offers. But that's because amazons asurion protection is total garbage. Best buys protection is so easy and simple. not some third party garbage.

Took my laptop because it wasn't holding charge and they said it was going to take 4 to 5 weeks to get it back but I got it in 2 weeks and they send updates as to what is being done which is a plus.

I bought this Geek squad service when I bought a laptop for my granddaughter. It was well worth it when I had to take it in. They fixed it with no charge. I would reccomend getting it.
