This is definitely worth it. My computer started to malfunction after just a year of using it and I ended up getting a replacement. They give you the full amount minus the cost of the protection plan itself, so I was able to use that to save on an even better laptop.

Havent had to use this yet thankfully, but it's a great piece of mind, especially for how much laptops cost.

This is a great purchase. The 2-year accidental geek squad protection gives me a reassurance that if anything was to happen to my device I have this in place for me to be able to use. I love it!

Geek Squad is the best! We can always count on them to sort out any issues with our computers, laptops, tv's, etc. This is a great product at a great price.

Had to use the 1 yr protection twice in the first couple months of buying the Lenovo laptop. Damage was documented as “dropped” but it was not. I was sitting in the room as the laptop was closed after use and cracked. Now the 1 yr protection is exceeded, even if the same issue occurs rather than charge the manufacturer for a defective item. Technicians were always polite. Service messages were timely.

I spilt honey ice tea all over my surface book 2 keyboard. I normally panic because that would mean I would have to buy another computer. But I was able to get my laptop sent out to get fixed.

It was very useful when my laptop kept malfunctioning. The laptop eventually packed up but the protection plan made me get a replacement. Anyone buying a laptop from best buy should get one

As with any insurance deal, hopefully we will never have to exercise the policy, but is available if we do.

This isn't my first protection plan Geek squad has always helped me resolve issues whether by phone or in person without making me , a not very computer savvy person, feel stupid.

Great screen and color. Just take size into consideration when buying a laptop bag.
