Haven't had to use it yet and hope I don't have to It's a bit pricey though.

I went to you're store and got a one year protection plan at the geek squad But the Reason why I did that I was having problems with my computer And needed a power cord So they told me it was going to be mail to me on September 2 and I haven't got it yet

Great Chromebook. Just as good as a full laptop. I purchase all my appliances from Best Buy because I'm assured a quality product and great service when needed.

Hopefully you never need to use it. But it's good to have. The downer is that you'll have to go without the device while it is being serviced. Most of the time the repairs are adequate. Getting an appointment for a GS visit at the store is a pain.

Glad I purchased the geek squad for protection, Now I can rest knowing that I made the right decision owning my new laptop. Reassurance investing in protection.

Purchased this accidental subscription August 2020. This subscription is the best that I have experienced for accident protection college course work and gaming products.

Its nice to have that reassurance that even if something goes wrong, youll get your money back. only draw back is it wont make up for any money that you saved on an ongoing deal.

Great laptop, easy to set up, actually quite surprised at how quite it was. Nice little extras, like the fingerprint id. Would recommend this laptop, great price for mid range laptop!
