I have a cat and he loves my laptop. He always wants to lay on it and he pulled a couple of keys off. I got them to fix it for me. I was in and out in a flash.

This warranty was for my Samsung 70” TV! My tv broke ! And the warranty was a good help! I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket!

I have always purchased the Protection Plan for anything electronics I buy. It has paid off too, as it got me a free TV when mine failed.

The Geek Squad is an Awesome group of very helpful and talented customer service/technical support. I think it is a Great value!

Agents are always there to help with any issues or replacements. Really an excellent service. I always include this with my purchases at Best Buy.

Not regretting buying this protection at all. Already had the screen get cracked. Being repair right now at no cost to me.

Bought it but thankfully we haven’t used it. Our daughter will be taking it back and forth to school better to be safe than sorry.

Every time I needed assistance w/my HP Laptop and just ANY questions I had, GEEK SQUAD Always comes through. They make using/understanding so easy w/laptop.

Get the warranty. Dont be cheap, it is always well worth the protection!

I'm glad we purchased this feature. We will definitely be using it for maintenance and if we come across any issues. So far so good. I love it!

I'm glad I could get an extra warranty for this because this is for my youngest child. I haven't needed the service yet but it's great to have.

I signed up for the protection plan ($179) but shouldn’t have. When my covered laptop broke, I turned it into geek squad for repairs only for them to charge me an additional $49 to tell me they couldn’t fix it! They did give me a giftcard for the value of the laptop but between the planner and repair fee that cost me almost the same amount, so it was pretty much a wash. I am very disappointed and feel lied to about what the protection plan covers.

Geek Squad service has always been great. Have not had to use this yet but gives me peace of mind.

I always buy protection on any electronics purchase. They are usually fairly inexpensive. I believe they are worth the price for peace of mind.
