Great product plan for anything you get from Best Buy. It really helps with anything even physical damage to the laptop.

Then I went from 1 year Geek Protection to 2 years thzts how Good n worth it they're always there to help n fix what I did wrong

Thankfully, I haven't had any issues with my laptop but the questions I have had have been answered quickly and accurately.

I buy protection plans with everything. I have sadly had to bring many items back and thank goodness we bought the plan. Must buy!!

Happy that Best Buy offers extended protection for my technology so don't have to be worried about kids using it.

Use Geek Squad on most of my purchases. It has saved me a couple of times in returning defective units for credit on something better.

This way I always know there is help! Ran into issue transferring, it was bought as present. They have already helped get it solved!
