So far so good.have had problems with my kid breaking screens but never a problem with geek squad repairs or service. They’ve always gone an extra step to make sure they’re accommodating my misfortunes understandably.

Good accidental damage protection for an expensive new laptop. Surely hope that I never need this, but it is comforting to have the coverage there if I need it.

Like any insurance, you really only feel like it was worth it if you actually damage your device and need to use it. I have purchased this before for my kids laptop and sure enough one day he dropped it and damaged the charging port in the corner. With the policy, it was completely fixed for free. Without it, I probably would have been out at least a couple hundred bucks. Had he not dropped it, the insurance would have been wasted money. In the long run, it is probably worth it if the device is for a younger person who is more likely to damage it.

Great computer for basic searching and streaming. Nice sleek look. Sleek keys for ease of typing. Couldn't ask for a better laptop.

i didnt need to use the protection but when spending so much money on an open box product its nice having the reassurance that they can help if needed

If you're a student or a professional and you're going to spend a lot on a laptop or any expensive product I definitely recommend getting a protection plan.

Not used yet, will be using to xfer info from my old laptop to my new one. i hear they are excellent.

The geek squad service was really helpful with my broken computer and they got rid of the issue

So far, I have not needed to use the Geek Squad Accidental Protection Plan for my new Lenovo Flex 5i 2 in 1 Laptop. However, what they offer is a great service after the original manufacturer warranty expires. Even in the first 12 months, they will diagnose if they can help with an issue and then help send the equipment back to the manufacturer if needed.

It's always good to have a protection plan for your computers and phone. Best Buy Geek Squad is good but not the best. First you need to get it and appointment just to bring it in, absolutely nothing can be fix when you come in which they use to do. Now you must leave your product and wait for a fix. Next you need to make another appointment to pick it up, which can take up to a week or more. They have nothing in their program that lets you know if they have a cancelation to get in earlier. So, getting anything fix could take at least a couple of weeks or More. I'm glad that everything is covered but not happy about getting in and out of repairs.

My tech specialist transferred all data from my old desktop computer to my new laptop that I wanted to retain. He also helped me load a new program I had purchased to prepare the new years tax return for 2024. Then he spent time showing me how to use features on the laptop! He was very kind and knowledgeable. This hands on training was very helpful as I had never owned a laptop or touchscreen computer. The transition has been smooth with such great help.

Geeks squad was kind and patient. I went in to get my lap top fixed. They gave me a gift card instead because it couldn’t be fixed.

I am so happy i purchased this protection plan for my touchscreen laptop. I somehow got a crack in the screen of my computer which caused it to act crazy. I had to disable the touchscreen just to do basic things and the manufacturer would not cover this issue under their 1 year warranty without an additional fee which was much more expensive than this protection plan. Geek squad was able to fix my screen with no questions asked and it only took them a week to do it which was less time than what they originally quoted me. I was in the middle of nursing school at the time and really needed my laptop so I was super happy about that. This plan is definitely worth it!

The rep was attentive and helped me install certain controls for my kid to be safe online

I thank God that the GeekSquad is there to help me with technical issues. I'm glad we made the investment to protect our computer.
