Im so glad I purchased this plan for my laptop. My screen crack and it took a month to get fixed at no extra cost

Buying an expensive computer and especially the main user is my son definitely needs a protection, if car needs protection expensive computers need it too!

I have had geek squad before and they are awesome. They always answer any questions or problems I have.

This machine will be traveling a lot and get a use since it is for a high school student. Better safe than sorry!

I am very satisfied with the two year Geel Squad membership. I have used it and it is worth the money.

I would like to take myself off of the automatic payment list. The take the payment before the it is due.

I purchased this when I purchased my laptop thinking I was covered if I needed assistance with anything. Boy was I wrong. I purchased dual screens to connect to the laptop and kept getting a "no power" message. I took the dual monitors and the laptop in to get assistance just to make sure it wasn't the laptop which I JUST purchased from them and was told I had to pay $40.00 for them to help me. Long story short, I was told that what I paid for only covered things such as the laptop not working, damaged etc. and even then, if it had to be sent out, it could take weeks to get it back. The technician still tried to help but his attitude said he didn't want to. Then he suggested that I purchase a power block with at least 40 watts, I purchased a power block at 60 watts and still have no resolution. I'm considering cancelling, it's just not worth it if I can't get simple assistance.

havnt had to use yet but its for a 1200 dollar ipad and my girlfriend is prone to breaking stuff so of course

We decide to get a warranty for it in case something happens to it and it covered to get fixed for any reason

Have no had the opportunity to utilize the Geek Squad services, but glad we have it in case the need arises.
