    Haven't had to use it yet hope she don't . I bought just in case of user error if repairs should be needed I'm sure a best buy will be close to her collage.

    First time purchasing this with a laptop, but it definitely paid off. Dropped my laptop around 8 months in and it scratched up the screen and caused chips to the body. With the protection plan they refunded me the full amount of the laptop since apparently the screen wasn't something that was fixable.

    Haven’t had to use this extended warranty yet but I understand that Best Buy protection products are in another class when it comes to honoring warranties.

    Actually replaced products I’ve owned through course of owning anything thru years many times best plan ever had they fix or replace no questions asked on the same day if they fill they couldn’t fix it with product of better value at times to very quick to decide if it needed replaced definitely recommend

    The agents were extremely helpful. I recently damaged my computer and geek squad immediately took me in and explain to me step by step what the process is to getting it repaired

    I have not needed to use this in several years but when I did it was worth the cost upfront. They were able to fix my television with no cost to me. Everything but the outside case was replaced with new parts at no cost to me. Every time I have had to ask them questions they have resolved my issues/concerns in one go.

    This is peace of mind when purchasing electronica or anything else for children, teens and young adults who are not fully present of mind when using these items. My daughter has this coverage (she’s needed their service) on her laptop and has nothing but highly rated comments for the geek squad so I would be foolish not to add this protection to anything I purchase.

    I don’t normally buy extra protection but decided to get it on my new laptop. Good thing 8 months after I bought it everytime I unplugged the computer from the power supply the computer completely shut down. I brought it in and was told it could take two weeks or more to get back depending on what was wrong. To my surprise it was back in 4 days. They changed the battery and did some other repairs and so far I’ve had no more problems. Great service

    They provided great service on my HP laptop. I was glad that I had it because they came to the rescue. I always have the protection with items over 200.00 and so far it's come in handy.

    I purchased a new laptop from Best Buy and accidental/extendeded waranty because i have purchased 4 or 5 reconditioned laptops in the past few years and was advised to do as I did and I AM STILL GOING TO HAVE TO SEND IN MY BRAND NEW DELL IN TO BE REPAIRED AND BE WITHOUT IT FOR 2 TO 3 WEEKS! I am so extremely disapointed that i am dealing with this, considering when i discussed the extra 120 dollars i payed ditectly to best buy only because i was told it would never have to be sent out! I was considering whether to purchase the dell or the geek squad becuase the guy blaitantlg lies to me about multiple aspects of this laptop! The otignial price for this machine is more than my car is worth! Im a midle aged widow single mom taking care of my husbands mom!I am not who has money to buy another laptop because it broke the bank to spend this 600 dollars on the clearance laptop! It was on clearance and open box, and originalt price being over 1100 dollars and came with no charger, which is ridiculous to tell a customer that "its an opeĺn box so if it does not come with one i had to buy one. Furthermore the keys stick from day on and now some keys do not work and it needs to be sent out to be repaired. The geek squad associate that looked at the laptop wjen i brought it to be diagnosed to however, was very nice and seemed to be compident but i am wishing i would have know this beriee any if this because i would have never .

    I needed new Bluetooth hardware for my laptop as ASUS has had issues with Bluetooth hardware that causes WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity issues. Geek Squad did a fantastic repair and replace job. Impressive, given the Covid-19 pandemic business disruptions. Note: your laptop will be sent out for a few weeks while the repair is done. So plan accordingly.
