Very good experience with these products I would recommend

I was going on a work trip with my new laptop so this gave some peace of mind.

Geek squad protection has saved me from expensive repairs and losses several times in the past. Be it Cracked screens, broken washing machine, laptop that quit working, the list goes on. I will always purchase geek squad protection for anything I purchase from best buy. The service is easy to use and well worth the money.

The geek squad always has done a great job for me. Hopefully they are well compensated for their exceptional service.

If it works like it did the first time I will have no complaints.

Having bought this with a replacement laptop for my daughter it was inexpensive insurance against catastrophe should a problem arise while she was getting used to the new equipment. I was impressed by the knowledge and help provided at the purchase of the new laptop by the Geek Squad tech’s and felt this would be really good as added protection should she need help with it during the learning curve.

I havent needed to use this service but I am so thankful for the opportunity to have it. It is comforting to know the Geek Squad is in my corner.

Small, but works great. My daughter loves it for her first gaming laptop. We got a gamig laptop because it fits the space we live it but it works great, and does everything she wants.

I've tried different services, including Apple service. Geek Squad service beats all of them hands down. The tech person can usually work on your device remotely. You can have the service for more than one device. The service includes 1 year accident protection. It's a great bargain!

This is a great and powerful 2-1 laptop that is very to use as a tablet. The pen works perfectly and that size of the screen makes it easy to carry and handle as a tablet. I recommend the product, I liked it so much that I bought another one for my other kid.

The geek squad at cascade store in Portland are helpful and excellent in providing service. One of these plans was able to replace a broken screen on brand new computer, this saved me over 350.00 and was invaluable!! A powerful Great computer for A little girl … my daughter was very impressed

This is a guarantee I always try to purchase if it makes sense with the item replacement cost. It took me two failed Chromebook to realize that with items that tend to break easily adding a Geek Squad guarantee will give you peace of mind. Because it is very likely that electronics will malfunction before we are ready for an upgrade.
