I added this Geek Squad service for my daughter's laptop computer. I think it is the best choice to have it protected.

The process of getting a replacement or repair from Best Buy Geek Squad is very easy and carefree. You can either schedule an appointment online or over the phone. Once you have scheduled an appointment, a technician will come to your home or business to diagnose the problem. If the technician can fix the problem on the spot, they will do so. If the problem is more complex, the technician will take the device back to the shop for further diagnosis and repair. I do this with any major purchase from Best Buy. Manufacturer warranties often require you to return the unit before they repair or replace the item with a refurbished one. The process can take time. Best Buy is quick and easy.

Always good to have a protection plan for Any unforseen accidents or damaged product

Geek squad is important for any device, their service is great and it's a no hassle way to keep your devices working properly

So far so good.have had problems with my kid breaking screens but never a problem with geek squad repairs or service. They’ve always gone an extra step to make sure they’re accommodating my misfortunes understandably.

I like geek squad protection. electronics are expensive and this is peace of mind. Plus I think all the techs I have encountered are very knowledgable. I like I can ask questions and they treat me with respect. I have asked for advice on my purchases and they have helped me. They came to y home at no charge and fixed my smart TV. The cost of the extended warranty threw geek squad is well worth the money.

When my computer accidentally dropped I was able to bring it in store without having to pay extra to get it fixed. They were very helpful

The agents sent out my laptop to be fixed, but as it was going to be more expensive to repair than was worth it, I was refunded for my laptop instead.

Life is full of surprises and not all of them are good. I glad to have peace of mind should my Lenovo crashes or I need some help with it. It's nice to know that my new Lenovo is in good hands should I need a helping hand.

I have used geeksquads insurance on a few of my gaming laptops and more expensive purchases over the years. Some of those had defects or were damaged due to mistakes. Best Buy has ALWAYS either fixed the issue to my satisfaction or replaced the item with a new item. In the few rare cases when the item couldn't be replaced they gave me a gift card worth the original purchase price of my product so that I could buy a replacement of similar quality. All in all I have been very happy with their insurance.

Best buy is the only store that i know that they wont fail with their protection plan
