Hey the Geek squad protection is really good. I got three years for $75 and it broke twice. Usually when I fix these issues it costs $100.

Already used once before my 1st year was up. Best Buy took care of everything without any hassle.

So far so good. I had to have computer repaired and was done at no cost to me. Also-they sent me a new cord for free.

Nice Lenovo laptop with a touch screen and paid 2-year accidental Geek Squad Protection, my daughter is enjoying the features. And she said I should give the product 4 stars in the review. The free digital Trendmicro internet security that came with the laptop has not been installed up till now. I called Bestbuy and they referred me to the Trendmicro Geeksquad team and yet no solution from their instruction. They initially told me that they would prefer to come to my home to fix it, which would come with additional pay, so opted out. I want to say that this accompanied digital internet security is not free as Best Buy claimed if not let them install it for me rather than deceiving me.
