They fix it if it’s broken, but takes a while to come back and the shipping is bad and the box was heavily damaged

I have never had to use the Geek Squad for any of my purchases from Best Buy but I feel better safe than sorry, if something does happen to go wrong I know I have the best in the business to help with any issues if need be.

I purchased for a laptop I ended up returning. Wished I purchased it on my other laptop that I dropped, that is less than 6 months old (bye bye $1k). Never used the service but Peace of mind does have a price apparently.

My son loves the laptop and couldn't be more pleased. He says his performance has greatly improved with the upgraded features.

Had a laptop diagnosed for problems and in a short visit it was fixed

Never liked Dell until now best decision I could have made I love this laptop.

I always buy the 3 year accidental damage warranty. I've been buying computers for 3 teenagers, and let me tell you, accidents happen.

I purchased 3 year so let's hope it lasts and they don't cut me off like other times.

This laptop is small but mighty. Easy setup ans works lije a charm. You won't regret buying it.

After about 6 months I experienced issues with my lap top pc so I brought it in to the Geek Squad. They were able to repair the system free of charge. The repair time was not bad at all.
