great protection have had to replace the adapter twice already. the only problem was that best buy did not stock the adapter.

Best warranty I have ever purchased. I dropped it off at my local best buy. They had it for a couple week. Then they told me they would be unable to fix it and to come get a gift card for the full purchase price.

It is a very good way to protect your computer incase of an accident and stuff, and its a great protection service. Love it so far.

No matter what I buy I also get extra insurance especially when it comes to electronics. I had a problem with my touch screen a while back and it took them literally 5 minutes to fix it

I am not the most careful person with technology. A year after getting my laptop I dropped it and cracked the touchscreen. Luckily I had the geek squad service and they repaired my screen for no cost! Definitely worth the price!

I always buy the geek squad warranty. Other places offer warranties but you have to send the item in and wait at least two weeks or more for a decision to be made, with the Geek Squad you take it in and they fix or replace it in a few days. I highly recommend their services.

I love how you don’t have to keep the receipt for your warranty to be able to work. Also the staff was very helpful from when I walked in to when I left. They answered all my questions and helped my find the perfect computer!

I purchased the 'physical' (for damages that might occur - like dropping the computer, cracking the screen, spilling coffee on it, etc.) Geek Squad protection plan because my laptop travels frequently. Always good to have because you never know what might happen on the road....

This is the first laptop that I bought on my own and $100 is honestly a lot for me to pay for a laptop so I had to make sure that my laptop was going to be protected and after talking it over with the Best Buy employees I found a Geek Squad was the best purchase for my investment
