This was a must since we will be carrying the laptop with us everywhere. Our last laptop broke at the hinge and that cracked the screen. I'm hoping that this coverage will keep us from having to buy a new computer if that happens again.

Great option for major purchases! I no longer worry that my accident prone husband will spill blueberry smoothie on this one... at least for 2 years it will be replaced without large amounts of money out of pocket. Get the warranty or you will regret it!

The tech agent put all of my apps on my laptop. Whenever I run into a problem, I bring my laptop to the Geek Squad and they resolve the problem within minutes.

When you buy insurance you expect this to respond, because here if there are answers as we imagine, I recommend it widely, we should not take it as an expense but an investment. If something happens to your good they are to support you, without hesitation

Don't know if I'll ever need to use this protection but purchased it anyway. 3 years if my new computer bites the dust or I drop it and break it. A little insurance for my new laptop

bought this for coverage on my granddaughters chrome book and it came in very handy when she cracked the screen....repairs were done with no additional cost in about 2 weeks

I have rarely had to use a protection plan but with things being made more cheaply it’s probably a good idea for expensive stuff

The Geek Squad Protection is worth the money spend on computers. I have problems with my computer they can always fix it especially removal of virus and malware.

I haven’t had to use this yet. To be honest, I never know if I should buy extra protection or not. I tend to lean toward “better safe than sorry” when it comes to extended warranties on tech.

This was purchased on the replacement laptop after my daughter spilled water in her keyboard and the computer failed. We had it on that laptop and it was replaced with a new one. Have to have this!
