Probably a good thing a klutz like me purchased this. I rarely buy this type of insurance but I do drop things and I carry my lap top around everywhere and so "anything could happen" so I feel better knowing I can replace if there is an accident.

With this geek squad protection I absolutely love that I can always lean on good service and great recommendations. Theres no complaints on my part because I know geek squad has my back.

We purchased a new laptop and it died on almost one year from the date of purchase. The protection plan paid for repairs which would have cost as much as a new laptop.

Good to have just in case something happens that falls just out of regular warranty coverage.
