I really can't rate this now since I thankfully have not had to use it for my NEW laptop !!! Gave a rating based on my use of Geek Squad for many years for other items.

I can always depend on the Geek Squad to answer any questions I have about my devices. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and explain things so I can understand things. Being able to make appointments online is very convenient.

Although I didn't need to use my geek squad protection I really appreciate the fact that it was available to me

This was a very necessary purchase. It will help in the event something happens. I purchase things like this because you never know when you might need it.

GeekSquad protection is always better to have have peace of mind when we buy expensive tech gadgets. I have all my tech gadgets covered with this protection.

Purchased the extended service for the Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop. I figured since the laptop is being used by my 13 year old son, it is a good idea to get the extra protection.

Well worth the purchase. My granddaughter dropped her laptop and was damaged. I brought it in to the Geek Squad and picked it up in a week. No cost it was completely covered by the plan!

Best Buy honors the warranty without questions asked. My son had an ASUS gaming computer that had a problem with the battery. They were not able to fix computer so they refunded the total amount we paid so he could purchase a new computer.

Loved having this it's the only reason why I buy from Best buy because of the geek squad

I've been in Information Technology for 20+ years. I know quite a few things but technology keeps advancing. I also know I have not seen in all of what can go wrong. Comforting to know I have someone I can go to on my new laptop when needed.

Geek Squad! They know what they are doing and no disappointment it's a win-win, if item(s) can not be fixed with a protection like this you get a replacement!

Never know when you need repairs, better safe than sorry.

This is the one thing you hope you never need and thankfully, I haven't needed it, but glad to know it is there.
