the protection plan was recommended by the sales associate, it seemed like a good deal with his chart he had with lots of info on it. it's basically insurance, better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it...

Had appt to have webroot down loaded on new laptop.i had to wait 25 min. Which took up my hour so tech put webroot on but next appt came & i was dismissed and he never even put my emails on. Not happy!

Always use the protection pricing plans offered. I truly have never had to use it but once. I have however needed it and forgot to purchase it and that sucked.

Whenever I make a large investment purchase I make sure to get the protection plan. And Best Buy has held up for me in the past.
