I do not right now have insurance for the computer

All ways to have a peace of mind geek squad they're very good when it comes to repairing or replacing I'll give you store credit on an item that is defective

I purchased a 2 year warranty for my laptop. They are always very friendly and helpful whenever I need help.

Already been put to use. I bought my grandson a laptop for Christmas and the screen was cracked within the year and replaced at no cost.

Having the geek squad to back me up is always a good thing because I have a small child who is always unpredictable so it's good to know I have them to fix what I need for my lap top!

I bought it to use for my asus computer but haven't had to use it yet!

ive been with the geek squad for many years now they always help me when somethings wrong with my laptop or computer or if i have questions i get great service

After buying new comp, asked if things like sticky notes along with apps and normal files would get transferred over from old comp. They said not normally but would do their best. SUrprise Surprise, SHeriff, they transferred even the sticky notes.

Everything thing I purchase from Best Buy i get the protection plan. It is so much better than other stores. I only wished they renew when expired.

The agents gave me full credit on a best buy card so I could be able to buy a better laptop!

Best buy has great warranty. I dont know how to review a warrenty

It is a great protection plan if you break your laptop or crack your screen make an appointment and geek squad will fix it, and it cost you no money at all.

I have not had the opportunity to use this service, but I feel sure that if I need to, they will give me excellent service.

Better safe than sorry. I always make sure to have the service in case anything happens and is a game changer.

Never had to use this but I like knowing that I have it! Considering I have a smaller laptop that is a 2 in 1, I wanted to be able to protect it.

I’m not very computer savvy, so I wouldn’t have the first idea on how to fix my computer or get rid of viruses. Worth the money.
