had this for my laptop. is always good to have it. you never know what could happen. covers a lot of things. based on previous experiences.

Geek squad is awesome, this warranty covers everything basically. Although geek squad tends to be really busy and sometimes you end up waiting a long time to have your device fixed.

Geek Squad coverage is a must for our grandson’s new laptop...he is 9 and I think his mom will have one less thing to worry about...a computer with an insurance policy!

The GeekSquad are so very knowledgeable and friendly. Although they are the Wikipedia on computer tech, they don't make you feel inferior in your lack of tech skills.

I normally don't by the protection plans but I have been saved so many times by this thing and it's easy. Barely any questions asked and boom I have a replacement.

I won't buy any electronic anymore unless I get the Geek Squad protection plan. Very worth it. I have used it multiple times.

Geek squad protection plans are excellent, I have been able to bring in my item, and have a fixed item in a few days

I purchased this protection because my other daughter dropped her laptop twice with no protection. So if I need to use this protection on the new laptop I hope it will save me some money.

Good to protect you’re devices so you can see if you may need to have it replaced or fixed without paying for a new one.
