I have used to the in-store and online remove services with excellent customer service. Very easy to use, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and quick resolution to issues.

Extra protection is always a good thing to have. We purchase it quite often and have had to use it on occasion. Well worth it.

WARNING!! I bought the computer for a family member who lives out of state and purchased the Geek Squad Protection for it for 3 years. Computer broke, and they went to take it in - only the original purchaser can take it in to get it repaired. I went through 6 phone calls, she went through an hour trip before we finally had to "switch" the ownership of the protection plan to her. The Best Buy customer service told us one thing, while Geek Squad told us something completely different. Before you buy - be aware of this pain of an issue

Greatest value is the 3 yr plan. I bought phones in texas and best buy has good coverage with a 1 time replacement if they can't fix it
