I have not had to use service yet price seems fair to have the service I’m case something goes wrong my laptop l.

For a monitor used eight to ten hours each day, it is smart money to get the 3-year accidental protection.

We got this plan to protect our son’s Chromebook, but failed to read the T&C - this is not anything like AC+ or other ADH plans. If they replace your broken laptop, you no longer have coverage after that (you must buy yet another plan). In addition, they only have obligation to provide credit up to the original purchase price+tax of the device itself. In our case, the cost of the laptop he had went up, and wasn’t even in stock. We had to pay over $100 out of pocket for something comparable. Additionally, they could have done this whole process remotely, but instead, they force you to make Geek Squad appointments and go into the store, just to get a store credit? Not to mention it took two weeks for them to come back and say we were getting a credit rather than a laptop repair, because Lenovo. I’m glad we had it, but all things considered, we would have been MUCH better off going with a third party. So thats what I would recommend for anyone else. Don’t waste your money on something that’s NOT ACTUALLY 2-year coverage if you end up having to use it.

This is great for laptop protection and we have less worries about your laptop . This gives such a relaxation and is tension free .

I only had to call Geek squad once by phone when dealing with a tv/sound system hookup issue. They answered my questions and I was off and running.

Its always great to purchase a protection plan juat in case. So far, I have not had any issues with this product.

I'm so glad I purchased the insurance for my laptop because you never know if something will happen, so be on the safe side.

I just purchased it but best investment for any Best Buy products. Geek squad is always helpful whenever I’ve had a question or use them.

Bought this for my new laptop. But never ended up using them so can't really say whether they're good or not. It was nice to know though that I could call them up if something happens.

I always purchase warranties with my items. Warranties always come in handy when accidents happen. Get protection!

Knock on wood i never have to use it but in the past it has been great

I spilled a drink on my laptop, and I had to buy a new one. Geek Squad was able to transfer data from my old one to my new lap.

With a teenage boy this was a no brainer! We haven't had to use it yet, but knowing it is there makes it worth every penny!
