    Great protection if only you can use it. Mine expired few months before my laptop started to showing problems. They dont give grace period after your plan expired, unlike other protection plan do, but I get it. I just wont buy any of these plan the next time.

    I brought my new laptop into Geek Squad because of a latency issue. And I was repeatedly told if it was hardware it would be covered but if the problem was software (and there was no way they could determine which it was) then I would be charged. So sending it off to be repaired although less than a month old, was a risk financially.
