Not bad I get to go to geek squad often. I'm glad for their help and services. It was just a waste to buy 3 years and only be able to use it for a little over a year. Now I need to repurchase a plan for an upcoming laptop. I wish the plan can just transfer over smh.

My laptop needed repair, there was no charge. Well eorth it.

For tree years protection I think it very reasonable.

Don't get this protect plan if you believe you are going to get your money's worth, which you aren't. I had my laptop for about 8 months when it fell off my bed one night while I was studying late and night and it left a tiny crack and blob of yellow ink in the top left corner. I didn't think it was bad, but I brought it in to the Geek Squad just in case to have it fixed and repaired. They shipped it out, had the screen ordered, and would ship it back to my house. This was supposed to take 2 weeks. A month later, they call me and tell me they aren't going to get a new screen for my laptop because its on back order with no restock date. So they say they will refund me for my original purchase price of the computer. They do that, but then I have no more protection plan. I only used 8 months of the 3 year protection plan and they wouldn't give me anything back for the 2 years and 4 months I still had. That was $259 for 3 years and I get none of that back. And best of all, the laptop I got 8 months ago was on sale, so if I wanted to get the same computer with the refunded money, it would have been a $150 up-charge, with no protection plan! I would have had to pay another $259 for another 3 years!! I am doing just fine now with my non-protected up-charged laptop. Just don't get this plan if you think they will fix or protect your laptop, because they won't.

Nice to have peace of mind in case of accidental damage.

This service is essential if you have an expensive computer.

I didn't have a need to use it but I only heard good things about it.

Thus protection is a must on electronics, cheap insurance.

The 3 yr protection plan ia a very good buy for the money.

I always purchase an extended warranty for a peace of mind.

Hope i don't have to use it. Otherwise, I'd say it's good.
